Marketing proposal · Summit Solar & Battery
Ads, social media, website support and videography under one monthly retainer, run by a Southern Oregon solar marketing team that knows the Rogue Valley, Pacific Power and your customers.
Meta and Google campaigns for solar, batteries, generators and EV chargers across Josephine, Jackson and Douglas counties. Leads go straight to your team, tagged by source.
Consistent posting on Facebook and Instagram built from your real installs, crews and customers. We plan, write, design, post and report.
We look after summitsolarandbattery.com: updates, fixes, new pages, ad landing pages, speed, tracking and the solar cost calculator funnel.
On-site shoots at your installs by Katie, our in-house videographer, cut into ads, reels and website video. Real Summit crews on real Southern Oregon roofs.
Crews, panels, batteries and happy homeowners. One shoot day feeds ads, social and the website for weeks.
Installs, tips, reviews and team posts, so when a neighbor is ready, Summit is the name they already know.
One offer at a time: lower bills, backup power during outages and shutoffs, or financing.
Clear pages, the cost calculator and a quick quote form, with every lead tracked back to its source.
Leads reach you in minutes. We feed what comes up on calls back into the ads and posts.
Leads, pipeline and revenue by source on a live dashboard. Budget follows what signs.
A strong foundation: clear services, real Google reviews, a cost calculator, a referral program and a blog. Here's where we'd start on day one.
Outages and public safety power shutoffs are a real worry in the valley. Energy storage and generators deserve their own ad-ready pages and a bigger spot on the homepage.
Website + adsThe site links to Facebook only. We'd launch Instagram alongside Facebook so your install videos reach homeowners on both.
SocialYour Google reviews are great. We'd add a review count, more testimonials and install photos to key pages to build trust faster.
WebsiteA few typos, like "Contac Us" on the homepage button and "in in Josephine". Quick fixes that make a first impression sharper.
WebsiteMost site photos are stock. Footage of Summit crews and local homes shows people exactly who'll be on their roof.
VideographyWe'd set up conversion tracking on the calculator and forms so every call and quote request is traced to the ad or post that drove it.
Website + adsOne of our clients is a family-run roofing company, a local home-improvement contractor like you, competing against bigger national brands. We rebuilt their website in July and run their SEO and organic content. Every number below comes straight from their CRM, updated September 24, 2026.
Website, SEO, Google Business Profile and social only, no ads during this period. Figures from the client's CRM export, Sept 24, 2026.
A local solar and battery installer like Summit: a conversion-built site plus Meta ads. Aug 10 – Sep 21, 2026, from their live lead tracker.
Three sales: a $48,950 referral that converted through the new site, a $37,600 install that started in the AI chat, and a $17,500 battery retrofit from a service call. 21 of 29 leads are still open.
Shot by Katie, our in-house videographer. One shoot day gives you a website hero loop, vertical ad cuts, reels and stills. Videography is included in your retainer, and we'd film Summit's crews and installs around the Rogue Valley.
A Southern Oregon solar brand whose Instagram our videographer and strategist built from scratch. The feed is reel-first, with drone and on-site cuts of real crews on real roofs. Every post came from footage of the actual business. It's the same kind of content we'd make from Summit's jobs.

One monthly retainer covers all four services. There's no setup fee.
Paid ads, social media, website support and videography
Everything works together: the footage we shoot powers your ads, your social feed and your website, and every lead is tracked back to where it came from.
The program starts with a 90-day commitment. That's enough time to shoot, fix up the site, build a posting rhythm, test ad creative and see signed contracts come through. After that it's month to month.
We know Southern Oregon solar: Pacific Power rates, net metering, outages and shutoffs, and what Rogue Valley homeowners ask before they sign. We also built the site for Axis Health right there in Grants Pass.
Jordyn is getting married in mid-October and will be out of the country for three weeks, then at RE+ in Las Vegas. If Summit signs by Friday, October 9, we onboard right away and can get a first shoot, site fixes and campaigns going before the holidays. If you need more time, that's fine. Onboarding would start after RE+ wraps in late November, at the same rate.
These never go through us, so you always know exactly what the retainer pays for.
We don't sell leads, and we aren't transactional. We won't deliver a report and disappear for weeks. You get the availability and commitment of an in-house marketing team at a lower cost than hiring one.
Josh and Benton work with Jordyn and the team directly, not through an account manager. Bi-weekly calls, plus phone, text or email anytime in between.
Jordyn leads strategy and paid media. McKinley runs social and content. Katie is our in-house videographer. Jacob handles operations and reporting. Web work is done in-house.
Ad accounts, pixels, pages, social profiles, video files and data all live in Summit's accounts. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
Jordyn came from FranklinWH and Purelight Power in Southern Oregon before starting Damaris. You won't have to explain net metering, financing or battery backup to us.
That's the range we see on Meta for solar and storage, from $15 in the best markets to Mohave's $40.86 for phone-verified leads. Lead sellers routinely charge well over $100 for a shared one.
If a campaign isn't hitting its target, the dashboard shows it and we bring it up first, along with what we're changing.
More real numbers taken directly from reporting dashboards.
Jordyn was Purelight's original ad buyer, right here in Southern Oregon. It's the same approach we'd run for Summit.
A solar and battery installer like Summit. Social built from their own jobs and team.
Every closed job is matched to the ad that produced it. That's the tracking we'd set up for Summit.
One strong offer, phone-style video and a single-CTA landing page, judged on cost per paying customer.
Your website gets the same care as these, including one in Grants Pass.

A downtown Grants Pass clinic we moved off Wix onto a custom WordPress site, with booking, reviews and a site chat. Live since September 2026.
