Full-service marketing proposal · Steve Mumma · SunModo
SunModo already has what most brands in racking don't: products installers like using, a free-sample offer, a configurator, a video library, and a new launch in SunPier™. Our job is to get all of that in front of more installers and distributors, and to turn attention into sample requests, configurator projects and orders. We'd be your outside marketing department: paid ads, social media, content creation, SEO and blog posts, and hands-on consulting, plus a website redesign at no extra charge. One flat monthly fee.
"Your free sample is on the house" is one of the best lead magnets in solar hardware. Right now it mostly reaches people who already found sunmodo.com. Paid ads aimed at installers and distributors can put that offer in front of thousands of new crews every month.
A "game changer" product needs more than a homepage banner. We'd build a launch campaign around it: install footage, short explainer reels, a landing page, ads and a blog series, all pointed at one action (request a sample or start a project).
Racking gets chosen on the roof: speed, fewer penetrations, fewer callbacks. Your video library already shows that. We'd cut it into short, vertical, captioned content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, and film new footage with crews.
Installers and designers search for things like "standing seam solar mount", "tile roof solar attachment" and "ground mount racking kit". SEO and a steady run of blog posts put SunModo in those answers and bring in traffic every month without paying per click.
We'll redesign the website at no extra charge: faster on a phone in a truck, product pages built around the roof type, and the sample request, configurator and "find a distributor" one tap away on every page.
We built both of Solwel's new websites, and SunModo is on the brand wall of each. On the Installer Pro distributor site, the quote tool even recommends the right SunModo roof attachment for each job. We already know how installers shop for your products.
Each piece makes the others work better. Content gives the ads something worth watching. The ads bring installers to a site built to convert them. SEO and blog posts keep bringing traffic after a campaign ends. Consulting keeps it all pointed at what SunModo actually needs to sell.
Campaigns aimed at solar installers, EPCs, roofers and distributors, built around the free-sample offer, the configurator and SunPier™. Video-first creative on the same ad-concept formula behind Purelight Power's $180M in 16 months, with retargeting for everyone who visits a product page and doesn't request a sample.
We run LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts: planning, captions, posting, community replies and monthly reporting. Reel-first, because installers scroll past static product shots but stop for a crew racking a roof in record time.
Scripts, shot lists, filming and editing. Install time-lapses, product close-ups, "old way vs. SunModo way" comparisons, SunPier™ explainers and installer testimonials. We direct your team remotely for quick clips, and our videographer comes on site for shoot days.
A custom-coded redesign at no extra charge. We keep your product catalog, manuals, system drawings and configurator, and build dedicated landing pages for each ad campaign. Every existing URL is mapped so the redesign doesn't cost you rankings.
Keyword research, on-page fixes, technical SEO and a steady schedule of blog posts on roof types, code and install how-tos, written for the people who choose racking. We track rankings and traffic every month.
Regular strategy calls with Jordyn on go-to-market, product launches, distributor and dealer programs, trade-show follow-up and lead handling. We've built B2B distributor sites and sales programs in solar, so we're not learning your market on your dime.
We don't need to replace anyone. If it makes sense for SunModo, we work alongside your two-person internal team and the consultant you've hired, as one group with one plan. We fill the gaps and add capacity. We won't duplicate work that's already being done well.
Your two people know the products, the installers and the history better than anyone. We give them more output without more headcount: ads, video, design, the website and SEO. They stay the voice of SunModo and sign off on everything that goes out.
If your consultant is setting strategy or direction, we plug into it and carry it out. We'll share the dashboard, join the planning calls and keep one calendar, so nobody gets mixed signals and nothing gets done twice.
In week one we map every task with all three groups: who owns it, who approves it and who executes it. We'll adjust the split as we learn what works best, whether your team keeps some channels in-house or hands more to us. The fee stays the same.
Paid ads, social media management, content creation, SEO + blog posts and consulting, plus a free website redesign
Ad spend and travel are separate. You pay the ad platforms directly on your own card, and on-site shoot days are billed for travel only.
One flat monthly fee. No percentage of ad spend and no charge per video, post or blog.
The best proof of what this system does is JAM Roofing in Medford, Oregon, a current client. We rebuilt their website and run their SEO, social and content. JAM is a contractor, not a manufacturer, but it's the clearest before-and-after we have. Every figure comes straight from their CRM, exported today, Sept 24, 2026.
The same months each year (2026 runs through Sep 24). They had leveled off for two years before we started.
Their rebuilt site launched July 27, 2026. These are the first two months after launch, compared with the same two months of 2025. September counts 24 days so far.
About the same number of leads as last year, and almost double the revenue. A better site and better content bring in better buyers.
JAM's results come from the website rebuild, SEO, blog content and organic social. JAM's sales team closes the deals, and "website form" revenue is the conservative figure: it only counts jobs whose CRM lead source is the website contact form. Someone who found JAM on Google and then called is logged as Internet Search. We can't promise SunModo the same numbers. We can promise the same system and the same reporting, so you'll see what's working from the first month.
Mohave Solar in Lake Havasu City, Arizona is a current client in your industry. We rebuilt their site after their old agency took it down, then launched Meta ads for their solar and battery programs. Every number below comes from their live lead tracker and Meta Ads Manager for the first six weeks after launch.
Nothing hidden: the all-in CAC counts every dollar Mohave spent, our fee for the six weeks plus every ad dollar ($3,490.34 total), against the three sales closed. And it's conservative: 21 of the 29 leads are still open and counted as zeros. For SunModo, the same system tracks sample requests, distributor inquiries and orders.
Two formats, one team: cinematic hero film for websites and launches, and short vertical reels for social and ads. This is the homepage hero loop from Solwel's new Backyard Solar site. We filmed it and edited it.
Filmed and edited by our team for the full-width loop that opens Solwel's new consumer site. We'd give a SunModo homepage or a SunPier™ launch the same treatment.
An Oregon solar brand whose Instagram our videographer and strategist built from scratch. The feed is reel-first, with drone and on-site cuts of real crews on real roofs. Every post came from footage of the actual business. For SunModo, that means crews racking roofs with your products, SunPier™ going in, and close-ups that show why installs go faster.

Your redesign, and every campaign landing page, is custom-coded to this standard. No templates, fast on mobile, and built around one action. Two of these are Solwel sites that already sell SunModo.

A TikTok-first consumer site for plug-in backyard solar kits: cinematic hero film, pre-order checkout, a state-by-state solar-law map and a scripted solar assistant chat. SunModo is on the authorized-brands strip.

damarissolutions.com →Three owners who handed us their marketing. Each is a real review, published on damarissolutions.com.
“When we brought on Damaris Solutions, they doubled our active customer base in under three months. They rebuilt our website, put a real marketing strategy in place, and the momentum keeps building — our most recent month is already on pace to be our strongest yet. We're now gearing up to scale into new service areas, and we're confident Damaris is the team to get us there.”

“Before Damaris Solutions, we'd bounced between agencies that gave us cookie-cutter plans and disappeared when we had questions. When they took over our website and organic strategy, the difference was immediate — they built something responsive and adaptable instead of just 'set it and forget it.' What sets them apart is that they actually feel like a partner in our business, not just a vendor collecting a check. That's rare in this industry.”

“We came to Damaris Solutions needing a website built from the ground up, and they delivered beyond what we expected. They took the time to understand our business and built a site that truly represents who we are. The whole process was smooth, professional, and on time. We couldn't be happier with the end result.”

We don't send PowerPoints. If we work together, this link becomes your dashboard. Ads, social, website, SEO and leads all live here. Bookmark it once.
Jordyn is getting married and will be away for several weeks. The Damaris team keeps every live client running the whole time. If SunModo wants to start now, one of our team members runs onboarding, so tracking, the content plan and the first campaigns are underway before the break, and the redesign and consulting pick up in full once Jordyn is back. If you'd rather wait, we can start in late November at the same pricing.
Steve, share this with your team and send Jordyn any questions or changes. The agreement goes out the same day you say go.
