★ The simple idea
Three channels, one rhythm. LinkedIn every weekday. Facebook every weekday. The inbox every week.
Every month everything points at one offer and one webinar. No guessing. No blank days.
Channel 1 · LinkedIn
Every weekday
Jordyn posts · business-leaning wording
Channel 2 · Facebook
Every weekday
Same content · a little more personal
Channel 3 · The Inbox
Every week

🔻 How the funnel works
Top · Free
Free content builds the audience
Weekly leadership lesson. Weekly manager lesson. The podcast. The monthly webinar. All free, no strings.
▼
The front door · Paid entry
The Culture Scorecard is the front door
The paid entry point. Almost every engagement starts here. Once a client sees the results, the package gets built around what the numbers say.
▼
The package
The scorecard builds the package
Group coaching. One on one. Or both.
▼
Deepest engagement
In store training goes deepest
Eight days a year on the floor.
Two asks, every month
Every month has two asks. The offer of the month, and the scorecard for everybody who is not ready yet. The scorecard never goes more than five days without a mention.
👥 Who does what
🎨 Jordyn · Social media
- Posts to LinkedIn and Facebook every weekday
- Cuts short clips from the weekly lessons and the podcast
- Posts the promo videos during blitz weeks
- Tracks what gets comments and reports back
✉️ Katie · Email & follow up
- Sends the weekly email to the list
- Sends every webinar invite and reminder
- Handles registration lists and follow up
- Keeps the calendar a week ahead of Jordyn
🎥 Bart · The raw material
- Shoots the videos
- Records the podcast and the weekly lessons
- Runs the webinars
- Hands everything over by Friday for the next week
📏 House rules · every post, every email, every piece of copy
1
No pricing in public
Pricing is a conversation, not a post.
2
No dashes
Periods and short sentences.
3
Write plain
The audience is car people and business owners, not academics.
4
Do not write Bart's stories
If a piece leans on something personal, send it to him first and he will give the real version.
5
Use the word "activator"
Bart activates thinking. That is the language. He describes himself as an activator rather than a coach.
⚡ The one rule
We do not skip days. A quiet week costs us more than a bad post ever will.
🚀 Phase One · Eight days. All webinar. · Now through Tuesday, Aug 11
Everything points at one thing: the live culture webinar, Tuesday Aug 11 at 5:00 PM Pacific / 8:00 PM Eastern.
Registrations are the only number that matters for the next eight days. Open to anybody — business owners, churches, small business, not just car dealers. The webinar sells the Culture Scorecard. Nothing else. Monthly from here on; this is the first of many.

Scripts are already written and in hand

- Wed Aug 5: one long-form Facebook post — what the Culture Scorecard is, and why a bad culture quietly bleeds money out of a business every single month
- Every post ends with the registration link. Every single one.

🗓️ Phase Two · The 90-Day Blitz · Aug 12 – Nov 10
Three months. Three themes. One theme per month. One webinar per month. Everything serves the theme.
When somebody sees us four times in a week, they see the same message four different ways.

✉️ Katie · One email a week
Every Thursday
Short. One idea. One link. One invitation.
That is the whole email. If it takes longer than 90 seconds to read, cut it.
Four emails a month. Three of them teach. One of them asks.

🎥 Handoff rule
Bart shoots the blitz videos the week before. Jordyn needs them in hand by the Friday prior.
🧭 Month One · Culture · Aug 12 – Sep 11
The message
You cannot fix what you have not measured. Your people already know what is broken. Nobody has ever asked them.
Ask of the month · Book a scorecard conversation
Second ask · Come to the September webinar
🎨 What Jordyn posts · pull from these buckets
- What a Culture Scorecard actually measures — the ten attributes
- What you get back: a participation score, an overall culture score, and the top three things to fix in the next six months with a strategy under each
- What a low score looks like on the floor, in real life
- The cost of a bad culture: turnover, lost sales, burned-out managers
- What changes in a store 90 days after the scorecard
- "Culture is not pizza parties. Culture is how people behave when the boss is gone."

🏢 The three parts of the business
Bart Nollenberger Coaching — the live work: coaching, group programs, assessments, in-store training. ·
AutoMastery University — the automotive video platform, 300+ videos on leadership and sales. ·
Keep the Change Academy — the online learning platform for leadership, personal development, and recovery (under construction).
🚪 The front door · Culture Scorecard
A 360 assessment of the business and its leaders, scored anonymously by the employees. It produces a participation score, an overall culture score, and the top three things to fix in the next six months with a strategy under each. Customized for the client's world — automotive, hospitality, or church. This is almost always step one; marketing treats it as the primary entry offer.
What the report measures · 10 attributes in 3 levels
| Level | Attributes | Weight |
| 1 · The drivers | Trust & Respect · Values in Action · Communication · Accountability & Ownership · Fair Pay & Fair Process | 50% |
| 2 · The connectors | Department Teamwork · Coaching & Development · Voice & Being Heard | 30% |
| 3 · The daily weather | Support & Care · Recognition & Morale | 20% |
The four bands
| Score | Rating |
| 0–59 | Breaking Down doing damage right now — fix first |
| 60–74 | At Risk hit and miss, depends on the manager |
| 75–89 | Not Solid Yet there on most days, can't lean on it |
| 90–100 | Strong consistent — a strength to build on |
Every person answers 47 statements on a five-point scale, anonymously. The report includes verbatim comments, a six-month plan for each of the top three priorities, a turnover cost model (NADA data), a debrief conversation, and a six-month re-run to turn a score into a trend. Sales angle: "Culture is not what you say. It is what you tolerate."
🪞 Leader 360 · the individual-leader companion
Four groups rate a leader on the same thirty statements: boss, peers, direct reports, and self. The score is not the point — the gap is. Confidential to the leader and the coach; anonymity protected (peer and report answers averaged, comments passed through word for word).
| Gap | Reading | Meaning |
| Self 15+ higher | Blind spot | You think you are good at this. Nobody else does. Start here. |
| Within 14 either way | Lined up | You see yourself the way others see you. Rare. |
| Self 15+ lower | Sold short | Better than you think. Usually confidence, not skill. |
Report includes per-group scores on all ten attributes, three weighted priorities each with a six-month plan, verbatim keep-doing / stop-doing comments, a coach's read ("The One Thing"), and a 30-60-90 the leader fills in during the debrief. "Nobody gets better from information. People get better from a conversation about it."

"This plan is the frame. You two fill it in." Bring answers to the next call.
- What has actually worked so far? What flopped?
- Which platform is worth more of our time right now, and why?
- Are we posting at the right times of day?
- What is the easiest way to get the videos to you so nothing gets stuck?
- Should we add a third platform, or go deeper on the two we have?
- What would you do differently if this were your business?
- What do you need from Bart that you are not getting?
