Marketing proposal · Bob · Great Western Carpet Care
You clean the carpets at every Marriott property in the valley and at Crater Lake. There is not another carpet cleaner in the Rogue Valley who can say that. Right now, a homeowner in Ashland looking for someone to handle a wool rug has no way to find it out — your Facebook page has two followers and its most recent post is from 2018. This proposal is about putting that résumé, and the quality of the work, in front of the specific customers worth driving to.
Two followers. One review. Not yet rated. The last post on the page went up April 24, 2018. For a company with your reputation, that page is doing more harm than nothing.
Verified on the live page, Sept 1, 2026.Nothing on greatwesterncarpet.com links to an Instagram profile, and we couldn't find one. Carpet cleaning is the most visually satisfying trade there is — and none of it is being captured.
The extraction shot alone is a content category. The Marriott properties. Crater Lake. Those accounts are the single most persuasive thing about this business, and they appear nowhere on the website, nowhere on social, nowhere in a customer's decision.
That's the proof a homeowner needs and never gets.Your developer built something genuinely structured — dozens of service and question pages mapped to real buyer intent. It's set up to convert. There is just nothing being pointed at it.
Good plumbing, no water.Carpet cleaning is the easiest category in America to compete in on price and the hardest one to win in on price. There is always somebody in this valley advertising three rooms for $99, and there always will be. We are not putting you in that fight — you'd lose money winning it.
Everything we build points at the top of the market instead: high-value homes, wool and oriental rugs, homeowners with pets and the means to solve the problem properly, restoration-before-replacement jobs, property managers and realtors turning over listings, and more of the commercial accounts that already say yes to you. Fewer calls, larger tickets, better customers. That is the entire strategy, and every targeting and creative decision below follows from it.
We don't spend evenly across Jackson County. Budget weights toward Ashland, Jacksonville, east Medford, and the acreage around Eagle Point and Sams Valley. The rest of the county still sees you — it just doesn't get the premium bid.
Homeowners 40+, stacked against home-value tiers, interior design and home renovation interests, pet ownership, and real-estate/relocation behavior. Then lookalike audiences built from your own highest-invoice customers, not from a generic list.
We advertise the wool rug, the restoration instead of the replacement, the pet-odor rescue, and the Marriott. We never advertise a room count and a price. Bargain hunters scroll past on their own — which is the point.
Its own campaign aimed at property managers, HOA boards, realtors, hospitality and office facilities in the valley. Tiny audience, enormous value per win, and your existing roster is the ad.
Estimates by phone is how you already sell, and it's the right call for this market. It keeps you out of the comparison grid and puts a real conversation between the customer and the number.
The western artwork, the plaque, the van. Forty-seven years of it. That is instant recognition in this valley — most companies pay for years to build what you already have. We lean into it rather than modernizing it away.
Meta ads management + organic social + monthly videography
The $1,500 covers ad management and social management. Videography normally runs another $500 a month — I'm including it and not charging you for it. Our videographer comes to you every month, rides along on real jobs, and shoots the footage that both the ads and the organic feed run on. No per-visit fee, no travel charge.
Everything below is included at the $1,500 monthly rate — no per-item add-ons.
One thing, and it never routes through us — so you always know exactly what the $1,500 buys.
Ad spend is separate from the retainer and paid directly to Meta on your own card — it never routes through us, and you can change or pause it any time. Our job is to find your real cost per lead before you commit real money to it.
The tiers below are modeled at a $59 cost per lead and a 38% booking rate, which is what we'd expect from premium-targeted carpet cleaning in this market. Those are estimates for planning, not promises — the first 60 days exist specifically to replace them with your actual numbers. We won't recommend moving up a tier until the tier below is proven on the dashboard.
Days 1–60. Enough budget for Meta to actually learn, not enough to waste. We're buying data: which creative works, which neighborhoods respond, what a lead really costs.
Estimated 10–14 leads/mo → 4–6 booked jobs.
Months 3–5. Once the cost per lead is known, we push budget into the winners and cut the rest. Split roughly $700 residential / $300 commercial.
Estimated 17–22 leads/mo → 7–9 booked jobs.
Month 6 and beyond — only if the math holds. If the dashboard shows the jobs are profitable and your schedule can absorb them, we scale. If it doesn't, we stay where we are and say so.
Estimated 34–43 leads/mo → 13–17 booked jobs.
It runs in two lanes, not one. Roughly 70% goes to premium residential and 30% to the commercial lane. Commercial leads cost more per lead — around $150 against $47 for residential — but one recurring property-management or hospitality account is worth more over twelve months than the entire year's ad budget. It's the slower, larger bet, running quietly alongside the fast one.
Capacity is a real constraint, and we plan around it. There is no point generating forty leads a month if the schedule can't hold them. Tell us how many jobs a week you actually want and we'll target the budget at that number rather than at the biggest one.
Whoever built greatwesterncarpet.com did real work — it's structured around actual buyer intent, with dozens of service and question pages already mapped out. We're not going to walk in and sell you a rebuild you don't need, and we're not going to fight your developer for control of the site.
We work alongside him. We hand him a short, specific list: the Meta pixel and conversion tracking, call tracking, page speed, and the handful of pages the premium offers need. If he'd rather we build something, we build it and hand it over. If he'd rather do it himself, we spec it clearly and stay out of his way. Either way it's inside the $1,500 — web work is done in-house here, and it's the piece most agencies nickel-and-dime. We don't bill for it.
No templates, no page builders. Anything we contribute is built for the specific business — fast, secure, and structured to rank.
We code our own chat assistants, trained on your services and the questions customers actually ask, to capture and qualify leads after hours.
We build our own integrations so form fills and tracked calls land wherever you want them — without disturbing anything your developer already set up.
Three live builds — each one scrolls on its own. Two of them are Southern Oregon businesses. This is the standard of work available to you at no charge under the retainer, whether we build it or hand the spec to your developer.

damarissolutions.com →An extraction wand pulling black water out of a beige carpet. A red wine stain disappearing in real time. A wool rug going from grey back to gold. Carpet cleaning produces the most satisfying raw footage of any home service — and nobody in the Rogue Valley is shooting it.
We ride along on a real route: before-and-afters, extraction close-ups, a pet-stain rescue, wool and oriental rug work, the van and the western branding, and one commercial account. Between visits McKinley sends a weekly shot list — thirty seconds on your phone, nothing more.
A smartphone, a gimbal and a clip-on mic. Casual, user-style video outperforms high-production video for this audience — it reads as real, not as an advertisement. No crew standing around a customer's living room.
Facebook and Instagram reels aimed at Rogue Valley homeowners 40 and up. No TikTok — wrong demographic for a premium home service at this price point. The commercial lane runs on Facebook plus a light LinkedIn presence for property managers.
"The company that cleans the carpets at every Marriott in the valley, and at Crater Lake, will clean yours." That single line does more work than any discount you could run — and no competitor can copy it.
Your own site already answers "carpet cleaning vs. replacement." That's a high-ticket, high-intent conversation with a customer who has real money on the table — and it becomes one of the primary ad angles.
The Oregon solar brand our videographer and strategist built out on Instagram. Reel-first content, warm color story, drone and on-site cuts. Every post in that feed came from an actual on-location shoot — this is the same team that would ride along on your jobs every month and put the extractions, the rug restorations and the commercial work on camera.

Real numbers from four live Damaris retainers — pulled straight from their reporting dashboards, the same dashboards you'd get. Two of these are Oregon home-service companies.
An Oregon home service with a recurring-revenue model and a small ad budget. Tight geo targeting, one strong offer, video-first creative — the exact three levers we'd pull here.
Fourteen months of compounding on one account. A high-ticket job a homeowner only buys when something is actually wrong — the same buying shape as a serious carpet restoration.
Same valley, same audience, and they started from roughly where your page is now — a real presence built from nothing in 60 days.
One point-of-view reel reset the discovery curve; a second matched it two weeks later. Proof that the organic side pays for itself before a dollar of ad spend.
One custom link, bookmarked in your browser, already updated when you open it. You never have to look at it — but everything is there when you want to check whether this is working.
We built you a working sample, filled with illustrative day-90 numbers, so you can see exactly what gets reported and how before you commit to anything. Five tabs: summary, paid ads, organic social, SEO & local search, and jobs & revenue.
