Statuses: NEW → CONTACTED → APPOINTMENT SET → PROPOSAL SENT → CLOSED (DISQUALIFIED for renters / out-of-area / bad numbers). Lead Source = which ad creative captured the lead, with the FB/IG placement badge. Address is blank on Meta leads by default (forms collect ZIP only) — fill it in during the first call. Google rows are CallRail-identified ad callers (name unknown until callback) — 13 unique numbers from the full May 15 – Aug 13 call sheet (50 calls; 36 connected without transmitting a number and can't be listed). The Jun 18 caller rang twice on back-to-back days. None of the 13 identified callers matched a pipeline sale as of Aug 13. Website rows are real inquiries from the site's Contact form (66 entries reviewed, 39 spam/test/vendor pitches excluded; form doesn't expose dates in the list view). One website lead has already converted: Dawn Radel — $48,500 Solar + Powerwall, matched in the PPS pipeline.
