Marketing proposal · John, Christa & Shea · ReNew Solar Solutions
ReNew already has what most installers are still chasing: an EnergySage Installer of the Year award, a Top 1% Pearl contractor listing, Maxeon and FranklinWH in the lineup, and a website that looks the part. What's missing is someone whose full-time job is turning that reputation into booked consultations. John and Christa want to grow, and the team is doing its own marketing on top of selling and installing. This proposal covers two ways to hand that work off, both at your Alliance rate, plus two lighter options if you'd rather start smaller.
John and Christa are looking to expand and are open to improving how ReNew markets itself. Shea is bringing these options back to them, so this proposal is written for that conversation.
Happy to walk John and Christa through it directly.ReNew doesn't have a dedicated marketer, and the team is handling pieces of it on their own while the business branches out. That's exactly the point where handing it to specialists pays off.
You're already doing marketing, so the retainer is the better fit than the Foundation.Generating more leads is the main goal. For solar and storage, that means Meta first: it reaches homeowners who don't yet know solar or a battery would solve a problem for them.
Meta ads are where most of our installers get their volume.renewsolarsolutions.com has good navigation and good imagery. The opportunity is SEO: keyword targeting, on-page optimization and consistent blog content so ReNew shows up when Tennesseans search.
SEO takes 3–12 months to compound, so we start it early.ReNew has Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, but not much regular posting. Ownership has already talked about wanting to change that.
Reels, graphics and customer stories, handled for you.Shea leads with FranklinWH on consultations. Jordyn worked with ReNew during her time at FranklinWH and works closely with Justin Parish, your Franklin rep. Our storage landing pages are already built around Franklin specs and imagery.
Low RMA rate, easy to stand behind in an ad.Everything we run is judged on customer acquisition cost (CAC), not likes or cost per lead. If we can't show you what it costs to win a customer, there's no point running the ads. So we connect to your CRM from the start, track which leads turn into signed installs, and report revenue by source.
Facebook and Instagram ads reach homeowners who aren't searching for solar yet, which is why most installers get their volume there. We keep spend running on Meta and refresh the creative every month.
Google Ads bring fewer leads, but they're high intent. We use them to cover the keywords ReNew doesn't rank for yet, then reduce or stop that spend as SEO takes over.
Keyword research, on-page fixes and a steady flow of blog posts and Google Business Profile updates. It's slow at first and becomes the cheapest source of leads you have.
Most ads perform better when they look like they were filmed on a phone. We either film remotely with your team or send our in-house videographer to capture installs, customer testimonials and product highlights.
The same footage becomes ads, reels, graphics and website content. Your team spends a little time on camera and gets a month of material out of it.
Leads flow into your CRM with their source attached. Signed installs are matched back to the ad or channel that produced them, so everyone can see what's working.
Because ReNew is approved through OneEthos, you get Strong Tail Alliance member pricing on every retainer. Two options: one without paid ads and one with. Both are month to month and include your live dashboard, bi-weekly strategy calls and CRM tracking.
SEO, organic social and content, managed for you
Builds the long-term lead sources: search rankings, an active social presence and a library of real ReNew content.
Meta ads, Google where it helps, video creative and CAC tracking
Recommended because leads are the priority. This option produces consultations fastest, and every dollar is tracked through to signed installs.
Also available at Alliance pricing. These suit installers who are just getting started with marketing. Since ReNew is already doing some of this work, we'd recommend a retainer, but both are here so ownership can see the full picture.
A ready-to-launch storage marketing kit that your team runs in-house.
A steady baseline of content, built for the Strong Tail Alliance and not sold publicly.
Jordyn is getting married in mid-October and will be out of the country for three weeks, then at RE+ in Las Vegas. If ReNew signs by the week of October 5, we onboard right away and there's no disruption. If John and Christa need more time, that's completely fine. Onboarding would start after RE+ wraps in late November, and your Alliance pricing stays the same.
These never go through us, so you always know exactly what the retainer pays for.
Our storage landing pages are built specifically for FranklinWH, with spec comparisons and product images already loaded. Jordyn spent time at FranklinWH and knows the system inside and out, so it's the easiest product for us to market for you.
Tesla enforces its brand rules aggressively, including cease-and-desist letters when its logo is used the wrong way. We'll keep Powerwall mentions out of paid creative and focus ads on Franklin, Maxeon and ReNew's own story.
We aren't transactional. We won't deliver a report and disappear for weeks. You get the availability and commitment of an in-house marketing team at a lower cost than hiring one, with the same results.
You work with Jordyn and the team directly, not through an account manager. Bi-weekly calls, plus phone, text or email anytime in between.
Jordyn leads strategy and paid media. McKinley runs social and content. Katie is our in-house videographer. Jacob handles operations and reporting. Web and SEO are built in-house.
Ad accounts, pixels, pages, creative files and data all live in ReNew's accounts. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
No long-term contract. We'd rather keep your business by producing results than by locking you in.
We work with solar and storage installers every week, including customer testimonial shoots for a Texas installer just last week. Nearly every system on those shoots was a Franklin.
If a campaign isn't hitting its CAC target, the dashboard shows it and we bring it up first, along with what we're changing.
Three live builds, each scrolling on its own. This is the standard for every landing page we build for ReNew.

A custom-coded site with online signup, offer popups and our own in-house AI chatbot. It's the site behind the $9.28-per-lead ad campaign below.

damarissolutions.com →A solar installer whose Instagram our videographer and strategist built from scratch. The feed is reel-first, with a warm color story and a mix of drone and on-site cuts. Every post came from real footage of the real business. The same team would film and edit ReNew's content for ads and the organic feed.

Real numbers taken directly from reporting dashboards, including two solar companies. It's the same kind of dashboard ReNew would get.
Jordyn was Purelight's original ad buyer. It's the Meta-first, CAC-tracked approach we'd run for ReNew.
Every closed job is matched to the ad that produced it. This is the CRM tracking we'd set up for ReNew.
A solar installer that went from barely posting to consistent content. That's what Option 1 does for ReNew's feeds.
One strong offer, phone-style video and a single-CTA landing page, judged on cost per paying customer.

We built a working sample with illustrative day-90 numbers so John and Christa can see exactly what gets reported. Tabs: summary, paid ads, organic & SEO, and projects & tasks.
