Marketing proposal · Steve Pate & Brittany Boyette · The Wealth Society

Prepared Sep 14, 2026
Prepared for Steve · Two package options

Your ads bring in $50K a month while attracting the wrong people. The next $50K depends on who they reach, not how many.

About $300 a day on Meta already brings in roughly $50,000 a month in new revenue. That's with static "credit stack" creative, a domain that triggers browser warnings, and no revenue data going back to the ad platform. The business is working even though the marketing isn't. This proposal covers three things: fix the foundation, put Steve on camera, and show Meta what a real Wealth Society client looks like. Then your sales team spends its time with people who are qualified and ready to buy.

What we found

The domain is scaring people off

Visitors to the main site get a "this site may harm your device" warning. It most likely comes from SSL and forwarding problems between thewealthsociety.com and your other domains. Google and Meta have flagged the domains before, and that already cost you ad account and page disruptions once.

Nothing else matters until this is fixed. It's first on the list.

The messaging draws the wrong buyer

The UK agency's sensational "credit stack" and "get funded in 60 days" angles bring in people who have already tried credit stacking, or who are desperate and a poor fit. Your closers take those calls, and that promise doesn't match what Steve actually delivers.

You're paying for volume, then paying again to filter it by hand.

Static ads for a business built on a face

People buy this service because they trust Steve, and Steve isn't in the ads. Static images can't show credibility, can't pre-qualify anyone, and give Meta no watch-time data to learn from.

Video usually improves lead quality within the first week.

Meta is optimizing for the wrong goal

The campaigns are set to get as many leads as possible, so that's what Meta delivers: cheap form fills. It has no way to tell which of those leads turned into paying clients.

Meta only improves at what you measure. Right now that's form fills.

Revenue isn't reaching the CRM

GoHighLevel is the CRM, but payments go through several processors that aren't connected to it. Add the chargeback history and the Stripe instability, and nobody can reliably say which ad, lead or campaign produced a sale.

No closed loop means no real CAC, and nothing for Meta to learn from.

Automations you can't change

A third party built the current workflows with AI and runs them off Google Sheets. Brittany can't edit some of them, so every tracking or routing fix gets stuck behind a vendor.

Brittany flagged this on the call. We rebuild what's needed, in your account.
The strategy — quality over volume

Fewer leads. Better leads. A lower cost per client.

Your cost per lead will probably go up for the first month or two, and that's intentional. Cheap leads are what fill the calendar with people who can't buy. What we care about is cost per closed client. Getting from $50K to $100K on the same $9,000 budget means cutting that number roughly in half, and every decision below works toward that.

One constraint shapes the plan: business credit and funding offers usually have to run under Meta's Financial Products & Services special ad category. That category blocks age, gender and ZIP targeting, limits detailed targeting, and restricts lookalike audiences. So the creative and the revenue data have to do the filtering that targeting normally would. It's also a good reason to test LinkedIn, which doesn't have those restrictions.

Creative

Steve on camera, shot on a phone

30–60 second video ads Steve films on his phone. We script, edit, caption and cut each one into multiple hooks and variations. Casual, direct-to-camera video comes across as real, and it builds trust in a way stock images can't. Static ads stay in the mix for people who don't watch video.

Messaging

Ads that screen people out

No more "funded in 60 days." The ads say who this is for and who it isn't for, and they reflect what Steve actually delivers. Bargain hunters and desperate leads scroll past on their own. The ads also get much easier to keep compliant, which protects the ad account.

Optimization

Optimize to revenue, not form fills

Campaign objectives switch from lead volume to quality conversions. Real closed-client and revenue events go back to Meta through the Conversions API, so the algorithm looks for more people like your best clients.

Funnel

Three doors, not one

1) A low-ticket lead magnet (a book chapter plus worksheet, built from the book and product Steve already has). 2) An evergreen webinar that runs automatically, for scale. 3) Direct high-ticket campaigns for prospects who are ready now. Each lead enters wherever they're ready.

Sequencing

Earn the next ad

Follow-up ads only go to people who watched a meaningful share of a video or finished a form. Prospects see Steve two or three times before they book, so they show up to the call already understanding the offer.

Test

A small LinkedIn test

Business owners filtered by title, company size and industry, which is higher-caliber targeting than Meta's financial category allows. We start small, compare cost per qualified call against Meta, and only scale it if it wins.

The packages

Two options. Both are month to month, and both include the website fixes, closed-loop tracking, funnel builds, dashboard and the partnership described below. The only difference is whether we also run your organic social.

Option 1

Ads Management

$1,500 / month

Meta + LinkedIn ads, video creative, tracking, funnels, website

Priced for a $9,000/month ad budget. You get the full paid engine, and Steve's page and feed stay in your hands.

  • Full ad account audit and written recommendations in week one
  • Meta ads management rebuilt around quality conversions, with sequential flows
  • Video ad editing from Steve's phone footage: scripts, hooks, captions, variations
  • Closed-loop revenue tracking through GoHighLevel and the Meta Conversions API
  • Lead magnet + evergreen webinar funnels built and tested
  • LinkedIn Ads test
  • Domain, SSL and landing page fixes plus ongoing A/B tests
  • Live CAC dashboard and strategy calls
Recommended
Option 2

Ads + Social

$2,000 / month

Everything in Option 1, plus organic social on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Social is $500/month more, a discounted add-on rate for ads clients. Serious prospects look at Steve's profile before they book a call. An active, on-topic feed makes the ads more credible, and it gives Meta more signal that the account is legitimate.

  • Organic posting on Facebook + Instagram, 2–3 posts per week
  • LinkedIn business page: we finish setup with Brittany, then post consistently
  • Content written for your ideal client, replacing generic posts
  • Ad footage repurposed into reels and posts, so Steve films once and gets both
  • A dedicated social coordinator who sends weekly topics and a short shot list
  • Monthly organic reporting in the same dashboard
Ads management (Option 1)$1,500 / mo
Organic social add-on+ $500 / mo
Your monthly rate$2,000 / mo

Included in both packages

No per-item add-ons. Everything below is covered at either monthly rate.

Billed separately

None of these go through us, so you always know exactly what the retainer pays for.

How the $9,000 gets spent

First, don't break what's already producing $50K

We don't turn anything off on day one. Current campaigns keep running while the audit, domain fix and tracking go in. The new video campaigns launch next to them. Budget moves over gradually as the new campaigns prove they produce better calls, and the old campaigns are retired once they've been beaten. Here's where the $9,000 lands once the new structure is fully running:

High-ticket · 50% Lead magnet funnel · 25% Sequential retargeting · 15% LinkedIn test · 10%
$4,500 / mo

High-ticket, direct

Steve's video ads send people to a qualifying application or VSL page, optimized toward closed clients instead of form fills. This lane pays the bills while everything else ramps up.

Lead magnet funnel

A free book chapter plus worksheet, or a low-ticket product. It brings in people who are interested but not ready yet, costs less per lead, and GoHighLevel nurtures them until they are ready. The evergreen webinar joins this lane once it's recorded.

$1,350 / mo

Sequential retargeting

Only people who watched a meaningful share of a video, visited the page or started a form see these ads. Proof, objections, client stories. This is the cheapest money in the account and usually the most profitable.

$900 / mo

LinkedIn test

60 days, business owners only, judged on cost per qualified call. If it beats Meta, it gets more budget. If it doesn't, the $900 goes back to whichever Meta lane is performing best, and we'll tell you so.

Closing the loop — how revenue teaches the ads

This matters more than anything else in the proposal. Better creative gets attention. Revenue data is what teaches Meta which people are worth paying for.

Step 1 · Collect
Every processor, one dataset

Transactions from each processor and backup processor are exported and consolidated, including chargebacks and refunds, so the revenue figure is accurate.

Step 2 · Match
Revenue meets the contact

Each payment is matched to its GoHighLevel contact, and from there to the ad, campaign and funnel that brought them in. We'll do it by hand at first if needed. Accuracy matters more than automation.

Step 3 · Signal
Send it back to Meta

Qualified-call, closed-client and revenue events go to Meta through the Conversions API. The algorithm stops chasing cheap form fills and starts looking for buyers.

Step 4 · Report
One dashboard, real CAC

CPL, cost per qualified call, show rate, close rate, CAC and revenue by source, all in one view for Steve, Brittany and our team.

Your website — fixed first, then made to convert

Included in both packages. We don't bill separately for web work.

The domain warnings are both a trust problem and an ad account risk. Any account that has been flagged once gets watched more closely, and a site that shows a malware warning is one of the fastest ways to get flagged again. With admin access to GoDaddy and the landing page, we'll clean up the redirects between your domains, reissue the SSL certificates, request a Google Safe Browsing review, and verify the domain in Meta Business Manager.

After that we work on conversion. Your current VSL page (go.800toempire.com/opt-in-v1) keeps its single CTA. We reduce the friction in the pop-up lead form, add qualifying questions, and A/B test the form and page elements. We also build the lead magnet, webinar registration and application pages the new funnels need. If you want a full site rebuild later, we'll quote it separately. It isn't needed to hit the goals in this proposal.

Custom code, every time

No templates. Every page we build is made for your offer and your buyer, and designed to load fast and convert.

AI chatbots, in-house

We build our own chat assistants. One trained on Steve's programs and common prospect questions can pre-qualify visitors after hours, before a closer ever gets on the phone.

CRM and data integrations

We build our own integrations, so form fills, bookings and payments land in GoHighLevel correctly, in workflows your team can actually edit.

A partner, not a vendor

We work like your in-house marketing team

What you described on the call isn't just an ads problem. It's the domain, the processors, the CRM, the workflows, LinkedIn, the funnel and the offer. Most agencies stick to one piece and bill for the rest. We take on whatever stands between your marketing and $100K a month, even when it's operations work rather than ad work.

Access

A direct line

You work with Jordyn and the team directly, not through an account manager. Weekly calls for the first 30 days, bi-weekly after that, and phone, text or email anytime in between.

Ownership

Everything stays yours

Ad accounts, pixel, domains, GoHighLevel workflows, creative files and data all live in your accounts. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it and nothing needs to be recovered. This is the opposite of what's happening with the current vendors.

Terms

Month to month

No long-term contract. We'd rather keep your business by producing results than by locking you in.

Team

Specialists on every piece

Jordyn leads strategy. Asia runs paid ads day to day. Video editors cut Steve's footage. On Option 2, McKinley coordinates social with you every week.

Offer

Input on the offer itself

Low-ticket product, book, webinar, high-ticket program: we'll help decide what each funnel sells and in what order, not just how to advertise it.

We tell you what isn't working

If a test loses, the dashboard shows it and we'll bring it up before you have to ask. That includes the parts of this plan we're most excited about.

Websites we've built

Three live builds, each scrolling on its own. This is the standard for every funnel page and landing page we build for you.

How the video actually gets made
Paid

Steve films. We handle everything else.

Each month we send a short script list: hooks, talking points and one idea per clip. Steve records 30–60 second takes on his phone, in the office, in the car, wherever he is. We edit, caption, add hooks and export every aspect ratio Meta and LinkedIn need.

Paid

One take becomes several ads

A single two-minute recording can become four or five ads with different hooks, lengths and captions. The account keeps getting fresh creative without Steve spending more time on camera.

Paid

Angles that pre-qualify

Who this is for, and who it isn't for. What building business credit really takes. What an actual client's first 90 days look like. A clear, honest mechanism attracts people who are ready to do the work, and it holds up under Meta's review.

The same footage runs the feed

Clips that don't run as ads become reels, carousels and LinkedIn posts. When a serious prospect checks Steve's profile before a call, they see someone actively teaching, not a page that looks abandoned.

Both

Phone-first, not Hollywood

A phone, window light and a clip-on mic are all it takes. For a personal-brand service, casual direct-to-camera video usually outperforms polished production because it comes across as real.

Both

Watch time tells us who's interested

Everyone who watches most of a video goes into a retargeting audience. Static ads can't do that. This is how the sequential funnel knows who should see the next ad.
