Where things stand Β· August 30, 2026
The site has been live at mohavesolar.com since August 8 and has already produced 8 leads and one closed sale β€” 55 panels plus a battery. Paid ads switched on August 25 and added 6 phone-verified leads at $34.82 each in their first six days. SEO foundations are in place but Search Console is not connected yet, and organic social has not started β€” those two are the open fronts.

Sitemap, robots.txt, LocalBusiness schema and recovered meta descriptions are all live. Search Console is not connected, so there is no ranking or impression data yet β€” that is the next step, and it gates every number on this tab.

Reach

The Facebook and Instagram accounts running the ads exist, but Damaris does not have page access yet and no organic posting has begun. The site also carries no links to any social profile β€” a quick fix worth doing regardless.

πŸ” What Happens Next
  • Before Sep 7 β€” decide the ad budget. Both campaigns stop on Sep 7 with roughly $591 of $800 unspent. Either raise daily pacing so the budget is used, or extend the end date. Doing nothing means the ads go dark right as they hit their stride.
  • Call the six leads. Three carry out-of-state area codes (714, 949, 303) β€” confirm the property address on the call. In Lake Havasu these are frequently second-home owners, but it is worth knowing before we widen or tighten the targeting radius.
  • Connect Google Search Console + GA4. Until this is done the SEO tab has no measurable numbers and we are flying blind on organic traffic. Needs Danny to grant access.
  • Grant Damaris access to the Facebook and Instagram pages. Organic social cannot start without it, and it also unlocks organic reach reporting alongside the paid numbers.
  • Restore the archived blog. One post is live against roughly 100 recoverable from the old site β€” the single largest untapped SEO asset on the account.
  • Add social profile links to the site and sameAs entries to the LocalBusiness schema, so Google connects the profiles to the business.
Data sources: Meta Ads Manager campaign export (Aug 25 – 30, 2026), Meta Instant Form lead exports (Aug 28 – 30, 2026), and a live crawl of mohavesolar.com on Aug 30, 2026. Any metric shown as "β€”" is not yet connected, not zero β€” where a number is unavailable this dashboard says so rather than estimating it.
πŸ“±
Organic social has not started yet
Mohave Solar has active Facebook and Instagram accounts β€” the ads run through them, and two of the six leads came from Instagram. But Damaris does not have page access, no organic content has been posted under this engagement, and no follower or reach data can be pulled. This tab fills in the moment access is granted.
Needs: Facebook Page + Instagram access for Damaris

⚠ One thing we can already see
A crawl of mohavesolar.com on Aug 30 found no links to any social profile anywhere on the site, and the LocalBusiness schema has no sameAs entries. Google uses those signals to tie a business to its social accounts. This is a same-day fix in the theme and is worth doing whether or not organic posting starts.
πŸ“‹ What This Tab Will Track

Content Output

What went out, and how it performed
  • Posts per week by platform, with the actual creative
  • Reach and engagement per post β€” which topics land
  • Follower growth month over month
  • Best-performing post each month, promoted into paid if it earns it

The Content Angles That Fit This Business

Drawn from what the ads and the site already prove out
  • Commercial install drone footage β€” roughly 50 shots already in the client Drive folder, unused so far
  • Orphaned-system service β€” the "your installer went out of business, we'll still fix it" angle that /solar-service/ was built for
  • Battery retrofit before/after β€” the exact segment producing paid leads right now
  • Pool heating seasonal content β€” a differentiator almost no local competitor runs
Why this is empty and not estimated: follower counts and reach can only come from the page itself. Rather than scrape a public profile and present approximations as reporting, this tab stays blank until real access produces real numbers.
βœ“ Live since August 8, 2026
mohavesolar.com is a custom WordPress theme built from scratch after BizIQ took the previous site down. Every page, photo and search listing was recovered from archive snapshots, and every original URL was kept β€” so no redirects were needed and no ranking equity was lost. The domain was recovered into Danny's own GoDaddy account, and Microsoft 365 email stayed up throughout the move.

πŸ“₯ How Leads Reach Danny

Five capture paths, all emailing dan@mohavesolar.com
  • Contact form β€” native, no plugin, on /contact-us/
  • Corner chat assistant β€” scripted free-estimate flow, every page
  • Estimate popup β€” auto-opens, every page
  • /go/ landing form β€” tagged ad landing page in the inbox so ad leads are identifiable
  • /go/ lead-capture chat β€” separate widget, ad traffic only

Every lead is also stored under Website Leads in wp-admin, so nothing is lost if an email is missed. Copies go to jordyn@damarissolutions.com.

πŸ›‘οΈ Spam Protection

Four layers on all five lead paths
  • Honeypot field β€” invisible to humans, filled by bots
  • 3-second time trap β€” instant submissions rejected
  • Link filter β€” messages containing URLs blocked
  • Rate limit β€” 8 submissions per hour per IP
  • reCAPTCHA v3 β€” wired and ready, currently off; keys can be dropped in from the Customizer if spam appears

Blocked submissions silently show success, so spammers get no feedback telling them what tripped.

πŸ’° The website has already paid for itself
Between Aug 10 and Aug 29 the site captured 8 leads across the contact form, chat widget and estimate popup. Danny worked every one of them. Paul Drake closed β€” 55 panels and a battery, a referral from a previous customer who found the new site. Two more became service jobs on existing systems, one is out for bid, and one is still hot.

Aug 8Launch

mohavesolar.com goes live

Domain recovered from BizIQ's Cloudflare into Danny's GoDaddy account, hosted on Bluehost with AutoSSL. Microsoft 365 email preserved with zero downtime β€” MX, SPF and autodiscover records recreated ahead of the switch.

Aug 9v1.1

Anti-spam stack + email deliverability

Honeypot, time trap, link filter and rate limiting added to all lead paths. Lead email moved to an aligned sender address so notifications stop landing in spam.

Aug 10v1.2 – 1.3

Meta Pixel + the /go/ ad landing page

Meta Pixel installed theme-side with Lead events on every conversion path. /go/ built as a closed conversion loop for paid traffic β€” no navigation, no outbound links, one action. This is the page the current ads point at.

Aug 25Ads on

Paid ads switched on

Two Meta campaigns live. Roughly three weeks ahead of the Day-60 schedule in the original proposal.

⚠ Open item · Analytics
GA4 is not connected, so there is no session, traffic-source or on-site behaviour data for the site. The Meta Pixel is firing and tracking ad conversions, but that only sees paid traffic. Connecting GA4 would show how many people the site gets organically and what they do before they convert β€” including whether the chat and popup are earning their place.
Foundation is set Β· measurement is not
Technical SEO is in good shape: sitemap live, robots.txt correct, LocalBusiness schema in place, and 8 of 9 pages carry a unique title and meta description recovered from the pre-BizIQ site. What is missing is measurement β€” Search Console is not connected, so there is no ranking, impression or click data on this account yet.

πŸ“° The Blog Is the Biggest Untapped Asset

1 post live Β· ~100 recoverable

The pre-BizIQ site ran roughly 100 blog posts under /YYYY/MM/slug/ URLs, all still recoverable from archive snapshots. Only one post is live today.

Restoring them at their original URLs would reclaim whatever link equity and long-tail rankings those pages held, at a fraction of the cost of writing 100 new posts. This is the highest-leverage SEO work available on the account and it is not yet scheduled.

βœ… SEO Punch List

In priority order
  • Connect Search Console + submit the sitemap β€” unblocks all measurement on this tab
  • Connect GA4 β€” organic traffic and behaviour
  • Remove /go/ from the sitemap β€” it is noindex, it should not be listed
  • Write a title + description for /blog/ β€” the only page still on WordPress defaults
  • Point the Google Business Profile at the new site and confirm NAP matches the schema exactly
  • Restore the archived blog posts at original URLs β€” phase 2
  • Add social links + schema sameAs
On the empty ranking numbers: keyword positions and impressions come from Search Console, which needs Danny to grant access to the property. Third-party rank estimates would put a number on this tab, but it would not be the number Google actually reports β€” so this dashboard waits for the real source.

🧠 What the First Six Days Tell Us

βœ“ $34.82 CPL is strong for solar

These are form-completed, phone-verified solar and battery leads β€” a category that routinely runs well north of $100. Both campaigns landed within $3 of each other, which says the price is the market, not a fluke on one creative.

βœ“ The form change is the story

Spend started Aug 25, but all six leads landed Aug 29 – 30, after the phone-verification forms went live. The first days bought the learning phase; the back half is what these campaigns actually produce.

βœ“ The battery ad found a service lead

Alice Marsh came in through the battery ad but asked for an annual checkup on existing solar + pool heating β€” exactly the orphaned-system revenue /solar-service/ was built for. A second revenue line the ads found on their own.

⚠ Budgets run out Sep 7

$591 of the $800 lifetime budget is unspent with eight days left. At the current pace both campaigns will underspend and stop right as they hit their stride. Raise daily pacing or extend the end date before Sep 7.

⚠ Three out-of-state area codes

714, 949 and 303 are California and Colorado numbers. In Lake Havasu that often means second-home owners β€” real prospects β€” but it can also mean geo-targeting bleed. Confirm the property address on the first call.

⚠ Attribution mismatch

Propel reports on a 7-day click / 1-day view window; Battery Add On has no window set. Until they match, the two campaigns are not being compared on equal terms. A one-click fix in Ads Manager.

Sources: Meta Ads Manager campaign export (Aug 25 – 30, 2026) and Meta Instant Form lead exports for "New Leads Ad" and "Battery Add On" (Aug 28 – 30, 2026). Area-code labels are a prompt to verify, not a confirmed location β€” mobile numbers travel with their owner.
